The Experience
Our signature corrective session is designed for the woman who needs to move beyond surface-level relaxation. There is a profound physical and emotional connection between the jaw, the breath, and the hips—where one clenches, the entire "central line" follows. This treatment systematically "unzips" these holding patterns by blending advanced manual therapy with somatic awareness. Working from the skull to the seat, we address the deep fascial layers of the TMJ and neck, the structural restrictions around the diaphragm, and the foundational tension within the pelvic line. This session is all-inclusive, incorporating lymphatic drainage, heat therapy, and targeted abdominal work as needed to facilitate a total structural release.

Recommended Frequency
For chronic tension, an initial series of 3 sessions spaced 2 weeks apart is recommended, followed by monthly maintenance.

Contraindications: Acute inflammation, recent abdominal surgery (under 12 weeks), or active infection.
