This session is designed to ground the nervous system and reduce fluid retention when the body feels its most vulnerable.

Recommended Frequency
Once during the week leading up to your period (the Luteal phase).

Contraindications
Pregnancy, active pelvic infection, IUD insertion < 6 weeks, or endometriosis flare with acute pain.
