Face & Scalp

Description
The Focus Somatic Awareness and Cranial-Facial Regulation. The Experience A mindful, nervous-system-informed journey that invites you to soften from the inside out. Unlike a traditional passive massage, this session utilizes somatic awareness to help you identify and release "bracing" patterns held in the face, jaw, and scalp. Through a combination of guided breathwork and intentional touch, we work together to downshift your stress response and encourage deep, internal regulation. This sensory experience incorporates slow hair-play techniques, facial cupping to move stagnant fluid, and gentle scalp stimulation to quiet mental noise. By focusing on neck and collarbone opening and subtle micro-movements, we address the emotional and physical "holding" that often manifests as head pressure or jaw clenching. You will leave not only relaxed but more deeply connected to your body’s natural state of ease. Recommended Frequency Bi-weekly to develop somatic awareness and break chronic stress patterns; monthly for nervous system maintenance. Contraindications Recent facial fillers, Botox, or dental work (wait 2–4 weeks), acute skin inflammation, or active shingles/nerve pain in the face.
