H.E.R. Space: Women's Circle

Description
A space for women to come home to themselves. We gather to breathe, to soften, to reconnect with our bodies, and to remember we’re not meant to move through life alone. Each circle blends grounding, gentle somatic practices, journaling, and real conversation—so you leave regulated, supported, and more connected to who you’re becoming. ⸻ ✨ This Month’s Theme: Slow Down H.E.R. Space | Women’s Circle Healing. Embodiment. Regulation. January 18th | 4:00–6:00 PM This is a slow, intentional gathering for women to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner rhythm. This circle centers on the theme “Slow Down in Movement” an invitation to move with awareness rather than urgency, noticing how the body feels when we soften, pause, and arrive fully in the moment. We’ll also share a tactile candle-decorating experience. This is not a craft class, but a sensory practice, using the hands to support presence, stillness, and mindful attention. The focus is not the outcome, but the experience of being with what’s happening as it unfolds. This is a gentle, supportive space for reflection, embodiment, and shared presence. You’re always welcome to step aside, rest, or leave early if you need. Come as you are. No experience required.
