Postnatal

Description
The Focus Structural Recovery and Post-Birth Integration. The Experience A fully restorative session designed to support the body’s return to center after childbirth. We focus on the primary areas of postpartum strain—the pelvis, hips, and lower back—while gently releasing the nursing-related tension in the neck, chest, and shoulders. This session incorporates a warm abdominal pack and foot reflexology to improve circulation and support organ repositioning. Optional scar work is available for cesarean recovery to improve tissue mobility and sensation. Recommended Frequency 1–2 times monthly during the first six months postpartum. Contraindications Less than 2 weeks postpartum (vaginal), less than 6–8 weeks (C-section or until cleared), or active infections.
